Never share your lenses with anyone else, as each lens is fitted specifically to your eye. Remove your lenses before sleeping, swimming, or showering to avoid irritation and infection. If your eyes feel dry, red, or uncomfortable, remove the lenses and give your eyes a rest. Always follow your eye doctor's recommended wearing schedule for your specific lens type.

How to Insert and Remove Your Lenses Safely

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them completely. Clean hands are essential for preventing eye infections.
2. Place the lens on your index fingertip, bowl-side up. Check that the edges curve upwards, not outwards, which indicates the lens is inside out.
3. Hold your upper eyelid up and your lower eyelid down with your free hand. This prevents blinking and keeps your eyelashes out of the way.
4. Look forward or slightly up, then gently place the lens directly onto your iris and blink slowly. Blinking helps the lens settle into place.
5. To remove, look up, touch the lower edge of the lens with a clean fingertip, slide it down to the white of the eye, then pinch it gently off. Avoid using your fingernails.

If the lens feels uncomfortable after insertion, remove it, rinse with multipurpose solution, and reinsert. Never try to force a lens out of a dry eye. Add rewetting drops, wait 30 seconds, then remove.
