Wayana is an e-commerce platform offering a carefully curated selection of products for women and families. Wayana works with suppliers and sourcing partners to provide the products listed on the platform, while managing product presentation, the shopping experience, customer support, and delivery in accordance with Wayana’s policies.

Accessing the Platform and Creating an Account

  1. By accessing or using the Wayana latform, you confirm that you are of legal age under the laws of the State of Kuwait, or that you have obtained the necessary legal consent to use the services.
  2. You may be required to provide certain information, including your email address, shipping details, and payment information.
  3. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
  4. ou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and platform approval, Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, Payment is required at the time of order completion and may be made using approved payment methods, including credit or debit cards and other available payment gateways.

User Conduct

By using the Wayana platform, you agree to use the services responsibly and solely for their intended purpose. You agree not to:

  • Place orders without a genuine intention to complete the purchase or receive the order, or intentionally provide inaccurate or misleading information.

All content available on the Wayana platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Wayana and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws, Any use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of such content without prior written permission from Wayana is strictly prohibited
