Return & Exchange Policy – Wayana

At Wayana, your comfort and trust matter to us, We strive to provide a clear and seamless shopping experience, and if you have any concerns about your order, our team is always ready to assist you.
This policy applies to all orders within the State of Kuwait.

Refund Period

You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. The refund process is free of charge, Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been handed over to the delivery company.

Refund Eligibility Conditions

Refunded items must be purchased through the Wayana website or application and remain in their original condition, unused, with complete original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for used items, including:
  • Cosmetics
  • Perfumes
  • Baby products
  • Discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Complimentary items
Unless the item is defective or an error occurred in the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, non-compliant, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product.
Our team will review the case and resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.

Refunds

After the refunded item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary based on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order prior to shipment.
After the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available and the order will be handled in accordance with our refund policy.
Wayana reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with the stated conditions or is deemed an abuse of the refund policy.
Delivery charges shall only be refunded if the error was caused by Wayana or in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, Wayana reserves the right to deduct any applicable delivery or handling fees.
The decision resulting from the technical inspection regarding the condition of the product shall be final.
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, and Wayana reserves the right to amend or update it at any time.
