Shipping Policy – Wayana
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Wayana website or mobile application within the State of Kuwait only International shipping is not available at this time
Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within two (2) working days (48 hours) from the time the order is
confirmed, Delivery and order processing times may be extended during promotional periods, peak seasons, or in cases of increased operational demand.
Delivery Fees
Delivery charges are applied based on the delivery governorate:
- 1.500 KD for Capital & Hawally
- 2.000 KD for Farwaniya & Mubarak AlKabeer

2.000 KD for Al-Jahra & Al-Ahmadi
All shipping fees are calculated and displayed prior to payment confirmation.
Additional delivery attempts may be made if the customer is unavailable, subject to the delivery company policy.
Address and Contact Information Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery and contact details. Wayana is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information
Receipt of Order and Authorization
Delivery is deemed complete when the order is received by the customer or an authorized recipient at the specified address Where the customer requests delivery to a third party, responsibility for the order passes to the customer upon delivery.
Verification Upon Receipt
Please review your order upon delivery. In the event of any visible damage or missing items, contact us on the same day of receipt with clear photos of the product and packaging, and our team will assist you accordingly
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation
notification via email or SMS, which may include a tracking number (if available)
Failed Delivery
If the order cannot be delivered for any of the following reasons:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Refusal to accept the order
The order may be returned to Wayana. Shipping fees will be non-refundable, and additional re-delivery charges may apply in accordance with the delivery company’s policy
Exceptional Circumstances
In certain exceptional situations beyond our control, delivery times may be delayed due to factors such as weather conditions, technical issues, heavy traffic congestion, government actions, or emergencies
