How to Insert and Remove Safely

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them completely. Clean hands reduce the risk of infection when handling your lenses.
2. Place the lens on your index fingertip, bowl-side up. Check that the edges curve upwards, not flare outwards. This ensures the lens is not inside out.
3. Hold your upper eyelid up and your lower eyelid down with your free hand. This prevents blinking and allows clear access to your eye.
4. Look forward or slightly upwards, then gently place the lens directly onto your iris and blink slowly. Blinking helps the lens settle into place.
5. To remove: look up, touch the lower edge of the lens with a clean fingertip, slide it down to the white of the eye, then pinch it gently off. This is the safest way to remove the lens without scratching your eye.
