How to Insert and Remove Safely

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them completely to prevent bacteria from getting into your eye.

4. Look forward or slightly up, then gently place the lens directly onto your iris and blink slowly to settle it in place.
5. To remove, look up, touch the lower edge of the lens with a clean fingertip, slide it down to the white of the eye, then pinch it gently off.
