How to Insert and Remove Safely

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them completely to prevent introducing bacteria to your eye.
2. Place the lens on your index fingertip, bowl-side up, to ensure it is in the correct shape for insertion. Check that the edges curve upwards, not flare outwards, as this indicates the lens is inside out.
3. Hold your upper eyelid up and your lower eyelid down with your free hand, so your eyelashes don't get in the way.
4. Look straight ahead or slightly up, then gently place the lens directly onto your iris and blink slowly to settle it in place.
5. To remove the lens, look up, touch the lower edge of the lens with a clean fingertip, slide it down to the white of your eye, then pinch it gently off.
