How to Insert and Remove Safely

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them completely. Clean hands prevent infection.
2. Place the lens on your index fingertip, bowl-side up. Check that the edges curve up. If they flare out, the lens is inside out.
3. Hold your upper eyelid up and your lower eyelid down with your free hand. This prevents blinking during insertion.
4. Look forward or slightly up, then gently place the lens directly onto your iris and blink slowly. This centers the lens on your eye.
