Remember to remove your lenses every night before bed. Each night, rub and rinse them thoroughly with multipurpose lens solution. Always store your lenses in a clean lens case filled with fresh multipurpose solution. Never use tap water, saliva, or plain saline to clean or store your lenses. Empty and refill the lens case with fresh solution every night; never top up old solution. Mark your start date on the lens box to accurately track the 30-day replacement schedule.

How to Insert and Remove Safely

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them completely. Clean hands prevent bacteria from transferring to your lenses and eyes.
2. Place the lens on your index fingertip, bowl-side up. Check that the edges curve upwards, not flare outwards, as flaring indicates the lens is inside out.
3. Hold your upper eyelid up and your lower eyelid down with your free hand. This prevents blinking and ensures a clear field of vision for lens placement.
4. Look forward or slightly up, then gently place the lens directly onto your iris and blink slowly. Blinking helps the lens settle into place naturally.
5. To remove the lens, look up, touch the lower edge of the lens with a clean fingertip, slide it down to the white of your eye, and then pinch it gently off. Avoid using your fingernails.

If the lens feels uncomfortable after insertion, remove it, rinse it with multipurpose solution, and reinsert it. Never force a lens out of a dry eye. Add rewetting drops, wait 30 seconds, then remove the lens gently.
