Deluna Lenses D Gray D14.50 BC 8.60 Monthly Disposable 40% H2O Polyhema (Plano)
Deluna Lenses D Gray cosmetic lenses offer a cool, classic gray tone for your eyes. This shade provides a direct and simple way to add sophistication to your look. The D14.50 size provides a subtle enlargement, enhancing your eyes. These lenses are Plano, meaning they have zero power and are intended for cosmetic use only.
Gray: The Deluna Color Story
D Gray is the purest, most classic gray lens in the Deluna D range. The cool gray tone adds a polished touch to any look. At D14.50, these lenses subtly enlarge the iris, creating a wider-eye effect. This shade flatters all skin tones and eye colors, making it a versatile choice. These are cosmetic lenses only, designed for adding color without vision correction.
D14.50, 40% H2O Polyhema: The Specs in Plain Words
The D14.50 diameter is slightly larger than the average iris, giving a subtle but noticeable enlargement. With a BC of 8.60, these lenses offer a universal fit that suits most eye shapes comfortably. 40% H2O Polyhema means these lenses have a moderate water content, making them durable and able to hold their shape well. Polyhema is a trusted material for monthly lenses, providing reliability for up to 30 days of wear. Plano indicates these lenses have zero power and are solely for cosmetic color enhancement.
Monthly Disposable: Your 30-Day Care Schedule
These lenses are monthly disposable, meaning you replace them after 30 days of wear. Note that this is 30 days of actual wear, not 30 calendar days. Each night, you must remove, clean, and store your lenses properly. Always rub and rinse with multipurpose lens solution after removing them. Then, store them in a lens case filled with fresh multipurpose solution. Never use tap water, saliva, or plain saline to clean or store your lenses, as these can cause infection. Remember to empty and refill the lens case with fresh solution every night. Do not top up old solution. Mark your start date on the lens box to keep track of your 30-day replacement schedule.
How to Insert and Remove Safely
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them completely. This prevents bacteria from getting into your eye.
- Place the lens on your index fingertip, bowl-side up. Check that the edges curve upwards. If the edges flare out, the lens is inside out.
- Hold your upper eyelid up and your lower eyelid down with your free hand. This prevents blinking during insertion.
- Look straight ahead or slightly up. Gently place the lens directly onto your iris and blink slowly.
- To remove, look up, touch the lower edge of the lens with a clean fingertip, slide it down to the white of the eye, then pinch it gently off.
If the lens feels uncomfortable after insertion, remove it, rinse with multipurpose solution, and reinsert. Never try to force a lens out of a dry eye. Add rewetting drops, wait 30 seconds, then remove.
