The 30-day period starts from the first day you wear the lenses, not necessarily the first day of the month. Every night, remove your lenses and clean them thoroughly. Use a multipurpose lens solution to rub and rinse them. Always store your lenses in a clean lens case filled with fresh multipurpose solution. Never use tap water, saliva, or saline solution, as these can contaminate the lenses. Remember to mark the start date on the lens box to keep track of your replacement schedule and maintain optimal eye health.

How to Insert and Remove Safely

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then dry them completely. This prevents bacteria from getting into your eyes.
2. Place the lens on your index fingertip with the bowl-side up. Check that the edges curve upwards. If the edges flare out, the lens is inside out.
3. Hold your upper eyelid up and your lower eyelid down with your free hand. This prevents blinking during insertion and removal.
4. Look straight ahead or slightly up. Gently place the lens directly onto your iris. Blink slowly to settle the lens.
5. To remove the lens, look up. Touch the lower edge of the lens with a clean fingertip. Slide the lens down to the white of your eye. Pinch it gently off.

If the lens feels uncomfortable after insertion, remove it, rinse it with multipurpose solution, and reinsert it. Never try to force a lens out of a dry eye. Add rewetting drops, wait 30 seconds, then remove.
