How to Insert and Remove Safely

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then dry them completely before handling your lenses. Clean hands prevent bacteria from getting into your eyes.
2. Place the lens on your index fingertip with the bowl side up. Check that the edges curve upwards. If the edges flare out, the lens is inside out, which will cause discomfort.
