Celena Shaded Greyish Green lenses are designed for monthly wear. This means you can replace them after 30 days of total wear. This is not 30 calendar days, but 30 days that the lenses are worn. Every night, remove your lenses and rub them gently with multipurpose lens solution. Then, rinse them thoroughly with the same solution and store them in a lens case filled with fresh multipurpose solution. Always avoid using tap water, saliva, or plain saline to clean or store your lenses. Empty and refill your lens case with fresh solution every night. Never top up old solution. Mark your start date on the box to help you track the 30-day limit accurately.

How to Insert and Remove Safely

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them completely. This prevents bacteria from getting into your eyes.
2. Place the lens on your index fingertip, bowl-side up. Check that the edges curve up, not flare out. Flared edges mean the lens is inside out.
3. Hold your upper eyelid up and your lower eyelid down with your free hand. This keeps you from blinking during insertion.
4. Look forward or slightly up, then gently place the lens directly onto your iris and blink slowly. This centers the lens correctly.
5. To remove the lens, look up, touch the lower edge of the lens with a clean fingertip, slide it down to the white of the eye, then pinch it gently off. Avoid scratching your eye.

If the lens feels uncomfortable after insertion, remove it, rinse with multipurpose solution, and reinsert. Never force a lens out of a dry eye. Add rewetting drops, wait 30 seconds, then remove.
