Always remove, clean, and store your lenses properly every night.

To care for your lenses, rub and rinse them with multipurpose lens solution each night. Store them in a clean lens case filled with fresh multipurpose solution. Never use tap water, saliva, or plain saline to clean or store your lenses. Make sure to empty and refill the lens case with fresh solution every night. Do not top up old solution. Mark the start date on the lens box to track the 30-day limit accurately.

How to Insert and Remove Your Lenses Safely

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them completely. This prevents bacteria from getting into your eye.
2. Place the lens on your index fingertip, bowl-side up. Check that the edges curve upwards. If the edges flare out, the lens is inside out.
3. Hold your upper eyelid up and your lower eyelid down with your free hand. This prevents blinking during insertion.
4. Look forward or slightly up, then gently place the lens directly onto your iris and blink slowly. Blinking helps the lens settle into place.
5. To remove, look up, touch the lower edge of the lens with a clean fingertip, slide it down to the white of the eye, then pinch it gently off. Avoid using your fingernails.

If the lens feels uncomfortable after insertion, remove it, rinse with multipurpose solution, and reinsert. Never force a lens out of a dry eye. Add rewetting drops, wait 30 seconds, then remove.
