Celena Shaded Frozen Grey D14.50 BC 8.60 Monthly Disposable 38% H2O Polymacon (Plano)
Celena Shaded Frozen Grey D14.50 BC 8.60 Monthly Disposable 38% H2O Polymacon (Plano)
Celena Shaded Frozen Grey lenses offer a striking icy pale gray shade. This color is light, frost-toned, and dramatic. The lenses feature a two-tone gradient design, adding dimension and depth to the color. At D14.50, these lenses slightly enlarge your iris for a wider and more defined eye look. These are cosmetic lenses, so no prescription is needed to enjoy this bold color.
Frozen Grey: The Shaded Collection's Icy Look
Frozen Grey is the palest and most striking color in the Shaded collection. The icy pale gray color reads almost silver in some lights. This shade is best suited for those with dark eyes who want maximum color contrast. Wear Frozen Grey for bold looks and special evening occasions. Remember, these are Plano lenses, meaning they have zero power and are for cosmetic use only.
D14.50 and the Shaded Effect: What "Shaded" Means
The term "Shaded" refers to the two-tone gradient design of these lenses. A darker outer ring fades into a lighter center, creating a natural-looking depth. This design mimics and enhances the natural limbal ring, which is the dark outer edge of your iris. The D14.50 diameter is slightly larger than the natural iris, providing a visible enlargement effect for wider-looking eyes. Made with 38% H2O Polymacon, the lenses are created from the first FDA-approved contact lens material. This provides a solid and reliable lens suitable for monthly wear. These are Plano lenses for cosmetic use.
Monthly Wear: Your 30-Day Care Routine
Celena Shaded Frozen Grey lenses are monthly disposable. This means you should replace them after 30 days of wear. Be sure to count only the days you wear the lenses, not 30 calendar days. Every night, remove your lenses and rub them gently with multipurpose lens solution. Rinse them thoroughly with the same solution, and store them in a clean lens case filled with fresh multipurpose solution. Never use tap water, saliva, or plain saline to clean or store your lenses. It is important to empty and refill your lens case with fresh solution every night; never top up old solution. Mark your start date on the lens box to accurately track the 30-day wear limit.
How to Insert and Remove Safely
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them completely. This prevents bacteria from getting into your eyes.
- Place the lens on your index fingertip, bowl-side up. Check that the edges curve up and do not flare out. If the edges flare, the lens is inside out.
- Hold your upper eyelid up and your lower eyelid down with your free hand. This prevents blinking during insertion.
- Look forward or slightly up, then gently place the lens directly onto your iris. Blink slowly to settle the lens.
- To remove the lens, look up, touch the lower edge of the lens with a clean fingertip, and slide it down to the white of your eye. Then, pinch it gently off.
If the lens feels uncomfortable after insertion, remove it, rinse with multipurpose solution, and reinsert. Never force a lens out of a dry eye. Add rewetting drops, wait 30 seconds, then remove.
Celena Lenses: The Shaded Collection
Celena Lenses' Shaded collection is designed for dramatic, defined color with a dimensional, layered effect. The shaded technique adds depth, creating a gradient that mimics the look of a real iris. This avoids a flat, single-color appearance. The Celena Shaded collection includes five shades in Plano and eight shades in Power. The Power shades include Night Blue, Pearly Grey, and Glam Honey Hazel. All Shaded lenses have a D14.50 diameter and are made with 38% Polymacon material. Each pair costs 14 KD, offering monthly value with a bold, defined look that lasts 30 days.
