How to Insert and Remove Safely

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them completely. This prevents bacteria from getting into your eye.

3. Hold your upper eyelid up and your lower eyelid down with your free hand. This keeps your lashes out of the way.
4. Look forward or slightly up, then gently place the lens directly onto your iris and blink slowly. Blinking helps the lens settle into place.
