How to Insert and Remove Safely

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them completely to prevent infection.
2. Place the lens on your index fingertip, bowl-side up, and check that the edges curve upward, not outward, to ensure correct placement.
3. Hold your upper eyelid up and your lower eyelid down with your free hand to keep your eyelashes out of the way.
4. Look forward or slightly up, then gently place the lens directly onto your iris and blink slowly to settle the lens in place.
5. To remove, look up, touch the lower edge of the lens with a clean fingertip, slide it down to the white of the eye, then pinch it gently off.
