The 38% H2O Polymacon material is a solid choice for monthly lenses. Polymacon was the first lens material approved by the FDA, so it is a reliable material. The BC 8.60 base curve offers a universal fit that accommodates most eye shapes comfortably for all-day wear. These lenses are Plano, which means they have zero power. Monthly Wear: Your 30-Day Care Routine

Celena Natural Smokey Grey lenses are monthly disposable lenses. This means you should replace them after 30 days of total wear. Be sure to count the days you wear them, not just 30 calendar days. Every night, remove your lenses and rub them gently with multipurpose lens solution. Then, rinse them thoroughly with the same solution. Store them in a clean lens case filled with fresh multipurpose solution. Never use tap water, saliva, or plain saline to clean or store your lenses. Always empty and refill the lens case with fresh solution every night. Never top up old solution. Mark your start date on the box to help you track the 30-day limit accurately.

How to Insert and Remove Safely

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry them completely. This will help prevent bacteria from getting into your eye.
2. Place the lens on your index fingertip, bowl-side up. Check that the edges curve up, not flare out. If they flare, the lens is inside out.
3. Hold your upper eyelid up and your lower eyelid down with your free hand. This will prevent you from blinking during insertion.
4. Look forward or slightly up, then gently place the lens directly onto your iris and blink slowly. Blinking helps the lens settle into place.
5. To remove, look up, touch the lower edge of the lens with a clean fingertip, slide it down to the white of the eye, then pinch it gently off. Avoid scratching your eye.

If the lens feels uncomfortable after insertion, remove it, rinse with multipurpose solution, and reinsert. Never force a lens out of a dry eye. Add rewetting drops, wait 30 seconds, then remove.
